And that’s a wrap; Salesforce World Tour Boston has come and gone! Who knew that a one-day event in our own backyard could be so jam-packed with presentations and demos?


Our kiosk at the Customer Success Expo

We had engaging conversations with many attendees at our kiosk at the Customer Success Expo where we demoed the Glance integration with Salesforce and our newest visual engagement product, Glance Mobile App Sharing. We also gave away a ton of custom Glance socks to booth visitors!

A huge crowd joined us in Theater 2 to hear our customer Sandy Kenny, Director of Customer Support & Workforce Management for Constant Contact, talk about how Constant Contact has transformed their call center to drive revenue and use our technology to create “higher CSAT moments.”
